Returns & Exchange Policy
We Have A Hassle-Free 7 Days Returns & Exchange Policy. Our quality and customer service ensure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional. If for any reason you'd like to return or exchange your order, just let us know by filling out the form attached at the bottom.
Return Policy:
1. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get an exchange/refund.
3. The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer.
4. Items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article that hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.
5. Customers need to fill out a form before sending the item(s) back (link is attached at the bottom).
6. Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7- 10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via Bank Transfer.
7. Our Return and Exchange policy does not apply to custom orders unless there is an issue from our end (such as a manufacturing fault).
